Return & Exchange Policy

    We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused & unopened item(s) in their original packaging for a full exchange.

    Online purchases may be returned for exchange by mail for up to 21-days after an item was purchased. Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and accompanied by the Packing Slip or Order Invoice.

    How to Return a Product by Mail

    1. Simply mail the unused & unopened merchandise in its original packaging along with your Packing Slip (or Order Invoice). You may want to choose a return shipping method that gives you the ability to track your return shipment. Please note, the return for the exchange shipment will be at your charge and you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the return for the exchange shipment.
    2. Get the unused & unopened merchandise in its original packaging ready with your Packing Slip, and contact our customer service or send us an email to for support.
    3. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return for exchange.
    4. Please note: We do not accept C.O.D.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused & unopened item(s) for exchange by any other item of the same value available on the website, however, no refund could be considered unless for defective/damaged item(s) or fulfillment error.

    Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless an item is defective/damaged or there was a fulfillment error. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for these changes to appear on your card statement.

    Damaged Product or Fulfillment Error

    If you received a defective/damaged product or have an order fulfillment error, we will be happy to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Service and we will provide you with a pre-paid Canada Post return label and pick-up arrangement instructions.     Misplaced Order Invoice

    If you have misplaced or deleted the original Order Invoice email, you may obtain a new copy by logging into My Account if you have a registered account. The Order Invoice reflects any discounts, shipping amounts, taxes, and original payment method details.
